Hydraulic upsetter

Our company provides hydraulic upsetter. Upsetting machine is main equipment for OCTG workpiece.  There are some difference between cold upsetting and hot upsetting.

Frist, cold upsetting limit the size of the OCTG workpiece because of the deformation resistance of the blank of OCTG. It is hard to process the large size of blank for cold upsetting. Moreover, hot upsetting machine can do it. Hot upsetting can reduce the deformation resistance of the blank through the heating process.

Second, cold upsetting is difficult to change the shape of the blank, which has deformation resistance in the environment temperature. Hydraulic upsetter can do it through heating the blank of OCTG until the forging temperature that can give the shape easier.

Third, our hydraulic pipe upsetting machine is able to process complex workpiece which for oil and gas industries. For example drill pipe, drill collar and so on.
