Hydraulic upsetting machine is equipped medium frequency inductor.  The inductor of hydraulic upsetter press is controlled by IF power supply. The system of power supply has horizontal scan function which is called scanning constant power shock resistant power source.

The heating components of the hydraulic tubular upsetter press include three parts:

First, inductor is the core of the heating components. The inner diameter of inductor of hydraulic pipe upsetting machine depends on the size of workpiece. The inductor has fixed the heating time and fixed the length of workpiece. The heating temperature is controlled by heating time and power of medium frequency power supply.

Second, chassis is located under the inductor of hydraulic upsetter press. The main functions of the chassis are protecting resonant capacitant and preventing the leakage of electricity from accidents. The chassis also can adjust the height of the inductor to satisfy the center height of different workpiece. The control of the inductor position ensures that the workpiece is heated more evenly.

Third, photoelectric stent provides insulation protection, support protection and shield protection for zero optoelectronic. The zero optoelectronic supplies datum mark for the heating length of workpiece. The zero optoelectronic also guarantee that every workpiece which needs heating has same heating length.

Last, the inductor of hydraulic pipe upsetter press needs cooling system to keep the working temperature. Cooling water dissipate the heat of the inductor and capacitor.  The inductor of upsetter press will be damaged by high temperature.
