We are the professional manufacturer of hydraulic upsetting press , that has 20 years of tubing upsetting experience. The mould of hydraulic upsetting machine is H13, which is the best hot tooling steel. It’s because of the excellent thermal cracking resistance and moderate wear resistance. And it is also the highlight of our upsetting press machine. Before the upsetting machine works, the mould needs to be heated by the heated steel tube to 230℃, this is to prevent mold damage and cracking. The mould of upsetting press machine usually can be used to complete upsetting about 20 thousands. In addition to this, the operation of changing mould is very simple. If you need another size of mold, just ten minutes by one person can do it. The mould of the upsetter are fixed on the groove of the upper and lower subplates. The horizontal forging machine’s subplate is plane, so it is hard to fix the mould. The traditional horizontal forging machine is not be compared with the upstter machine. 

Beside, the hydraulic upsetting press machine also equip with automatic lubricting device, it prevents the mould of upsetter from sticking to the workpiece, ensure the quality of the products. The temperature of the heated steel pipe is about 1150℃, so the graphite cooling system is important for the upsetting machine. The upsetting machine is equipped with graphite-dispersion in water, which is sprayed on the mould of upper and lower subplates and it is mainly used for cooling the mould of upsetter after works. The graphite-dispersion in water is a kind of water suspensions of natural graphite, when it is sprayed on the surface of the mould of upsetting machine, it will form a uniform lubricating film, then when it contact with the heated steel pipe, the lubricant will be released and presents a good lubrication effect. It is not only protects the mould of hydraulic upsetting machine but also guarantees the quality of upsetting.
