Hydraulic upsetting machine has matching automatic auxiliary equipment. Sometimes we need three hydraulic upsetter presses to process the special workpiece. If we want to produce complicated workpiece, we had to upsetting three times by hydraulic pipe upsetting machine. Every hydraulic upsetter press upset the special workpiece once. If the complicated workpiece requires three times upsetting, then we need three sets of hydraulic pipe upsetting machine. A set of hydraulic upsetting equipment consists of the following part:

First, Hydraulic upsetter press consists of three hydraulic cylinders, mould, punch, columns, fuselage, up subplate and lower subplate.

Second, inductor provides the working temperature which suitable process the workpiece.

Third, power supply cabinet provides power for hydraulic tubular upsetting machine. Power supply has PLC system to control the workflow of hydraulic upsetting machine.

Fourth, automatic auxiliary equipment is more convenient for the production process of the hydraulic pipe upsetter press. 

Fifth, hydraulic station supplies hydraulic fluid for the hydraulic cylinder of hydraulic upsetting machine.

Sixth, air pump controls the feeding equipment to reciprocate up and down to transport the workpiece.

Last, water tower makes the temperature stay in the working temperature of hydraulic upsetter press. Hydraulic tubular upsetter press uses the water of the water tower drop in suitable temperature.
