Hydraulic upsetting machine is designed for drill pipe

Hydraulic upsetting machine is designed for drill pipe, drill collar, and other OCTG workpiece. The procedure of hydraulic pipe upsetting machine as follows:
First, the automatic auxiliary equipment is arranged in front of the hydraulic upsetter. The blank of workpiece is transmitted by the automatic auxiliary equipment to the inductor of upsetting machine. The pinion on the automatic auxiliary equipment slowly rotates to drive the pipe to rotate together so that the end of pipe is heated more evenly.
Second, the heated pipe is transmitted into the mold of hydraulic pipe upsetter by automatic auxiliary system. The hydraulic upsetting machine upsets the heated end of pipe through the hydraulic cylinder of upsetting machine to form it.

Third, water tower and hydraulic station are essential auxiliary equipment for hydraulic tubular upsetting machine. Water tower supplies hydraulic pipe upsetting machine with cold water to drop in temperature. Hydraulic station provides hydraulic fluid for the hydraulic cylinder of upsetting machine. The sufficient hydraulic fluid can ensure the strength of upsetting. Working temperature keeps the hydraulic pipe upsetter press in good working state.
