We are the largest factory for hydraulic upsetting press machine in China. We can upset about 200 tons of steel pipes every day. The upsetting press machine’s hydraulic cylinder is divided into three parts, who is upsetting hydraulic cylinder,clamping hydraulic cylinder ,auxiliary hydraulic cylinder.

1. The upsetting hydraulic cylinder behind the upsetter, whose function is to upset the workpiece.

2. The clamping hydraulic cylinder makes the mould closed and keeps the mold tightness.

3. The auxiliary hydraulic cylinder controls the open and close of the mould.

When the upsetting press machine starts working, the workpiece is fed into the upper and lower subplates of the upsetting press machine by automatic auxiliary equipment, then the auxiliary hydraulic cylinder of the hydraulic upsetting press machine makes the mould closed and the clamping hydraulic cylinder of the upsetter keeps the mould firm which ensures the use of upsetting force. Finally ,the upsetting hydraulic cylinder of the horizontal forging press machine push the punch extrudes steel pipe forming by the horizontal force. The punch’s function is divided into two steps. First is expending the steel pipe and the extruding. The punch of the hydraulic tubular upsetting machine can be replaced to meet all types of steel pipe sizes. Besides the punch of the hydraulic tubular upsetter press can be recycled.

We are equipped with a complete hydraulic upsetting press machine production line. After the extrude, heat treatment production line also can be fully automated, the hydraulic upsetting press machine production line for oil drilling pipe includes hydraulic tubular upsetter press, heat treatment machine and hollow spindle lathe. The production line of drill pipe can complete all requirements of workpiece. The installation and debugging of the automated hydraulic upsetting press machine production line only need fifteen days by six people.
