YPD400 Hydraulic upsetting press
YPD400 hydraulic upsetting press is widely used in oilfield, construction, bridge and other industries.
It is the preferred equipment to carry out large quantities. It is very suitable for round steel, steel pipe and other long rod.

1. The rigidity of the main machine is increased, and the upsetting force is 400 ton, the die chamber diameter is 256mm, it makes the working range of the machine beyond other models of machine;
2. Double-side locking mechanism is adopted to balance the force on subplate and wedge, the working state is more stable;

4. The combined quick cylinder is optional; it increases the upsetting extrusion force without losing the upsetting extrusion speed;

6. It has 3 modes of operation, adjustment (inching), single (semi-automatic) and linkage (fully automatic);
7. The working pressure and stroke can be adjusted within the specified range according to the technique requirements.
