Hydraulic upsetting machine has reasonable structure as follows:

First, there are three hydraulic cylinders on the hydraulic pipe upsetting machine. The three hydraulic cylinders are upsetting hydraulic cylinder, clamping hydraulic cylinder and auxiliary hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic cylinder of hydraulic tubular upsetting machine is mainly used for workpiece forming.

Second, hydraulic upsetter has two subplates which are the upper subplate and the lower subplate respectively. The subplate of hydraulic pipe upsetter is used for placing the mould of upsetting machine.

Third, there is a punch on the hydraulic upsetter press. The punch of upsetter machine’s main function is upsetting and squeezing the heated end of pipe.

Fourth, hydraulic upsetter press has a set of cooling system. The cooling tower of upsetter press provides cooling water to drop in the temperature. The hydraulic station of upsetter, the inductor of hydraulic upsetter and hydraulic cylinder of upsetting machine all needs stay in working temperature.

Last, hydraulic upsetter requires six people to install and debug for 15 days to ensure every hydraulic upsetting press in best state.
